1 bottle Pine Ridge Chenin Blanc + Viognier, chilled
1/4 c white rum
1/8 c sugar
1 c lime seltzer, chilled
Slices of lemon, lime, orange, pineapple, peach
Fill pitcher with sliced fruit, sugar, rum, and wine and let macerate for at least 30 minutes. Stir until mixed then add seltzer and stir again. Serve over ice in wide-bowl wine glasses and garnish with fresh fruit.
